Week 30 Facebook Posts

We did not get an email this week (but we did a card in the mail!) So I am including some of his recent Facebook posts for this Blog Post:

This is one of the most powerful testimonies I have ever heard. I will add to his testimony by testifying that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. He truly did suffer for all of us, because he loves us, and because he loves us so much he gave us his gospel, which is the way back to our Heavenly Father. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the only true and living church on the earth today. It has the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I also know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, and that Joseph Smith translated the book and restored the church.
"And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost. And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things."
Moroni 10: 3-5 (A Book from the Book of Mormon)
I invite all of you to read and pray about the Book of Mormon, and take up Moroni's challenge and ask God if it is not true. I also invite you to ask God about this church, and it's teachings to see if they are true. I know he will reveal the truth of it unto you, like he has for me, and like he did for David in this video.
If you have any questions, or would like a free copy of the Book of Mormon, please reach out!

This is the most powerful testimony of the restored gospel I've ever heard. 🤯

Today I went on hike up to a waterfall. It was such a beautiful sight. As I was hiking and looking at the intricate, beautiful trees and plants along the side of the trail it reminded me of the beauty of this wonderful Earth God has given us. It also reminded me to be grateful for everything God gives us.
Mosiah 2:20 says:
I say unto you, my brethren, that if you should render all the thanks and praise which your whole soul has power to possess, to that God who has created you, and has kept and preserved you, and has caused that ye should rejoice, and has granted that ye should live in peace one with another
I love this scripture because it talks about giving our full gratitude to our God who gave us everything!
What are you grateful for?

As we enter this Christmas season, we can turn our focus to the Savior. He is our counselor, our savior, our older brother, and our redeemer. He gave us the greatest gift ever, the ability to repent. So this Christmas season, I would invite you all to remember the reason for the season, and give one gift to your Savior this year. How do you remember your Savior this season?
